The Stocks School is an educational stock-research platform. It is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser, and nothing on the site — including ratings, screens, projections, headlines, and written research — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
2. Data accuracy
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, illustrative, or wrong. Some research content and fundamentals are simplified samples for education. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and you should verify anything important against official filings before acting.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person — please don't share logins or resell access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape data, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

Free features may change over time. If you purchase a paid plan, billing terms (price, period, cancellation) are shown at checkout; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Coupon-granted access expires on the stated date.

The site's content, design, and code are owned by The Stocks School. You may use the research for your personal, non-commercial purposes but may not republish, scrape, or redistribute it at scale without permission.
