About The Stocks School
The Stocks School is an independent, educational stock-research platform for long-term investors. We combine institutional-style fundamental analysis with a beginner-friendly experience, so anyone can understand the business behind a stock — not just its price.
What we do
We bring together live prices, real fundamentals, five-year financials, a transparent investment rating, peer comparisons, and a learning library, covering 1,600+ U.S.-listed stocks: the S&P 500 plus large NASDAQ and NYSE companies. The goal is simple: help you research a company thoroughly and make your own informed decisions.
Who runs The Stocks School
Mohammad Khalid, Ph.D., founded The Stocks School and writes its guides. He is an engineering professor with a doctorate in environmental and water resources engineering, and a long-term investor who publishes his own portfolio on this site. On YouTube he presents The Stocks School channel, which has more than 58,000 subscribers. He is not a licensed financial adviser.
